Replacement of kitchen tap
Cannot recommend Ben highly enough. I initially contacted him around difficulty in replacing a tap cartridge, but it soon became apparent that the tap was done for – and I needed a new one. Ben was great on comms and travelled further than he normally would to help me out. No fuss. No bother just a friendly, no-nonsense ‘can-do’ attitude. Once the new tap was ordered (all by Ben) it was fitted a couple of days later. Highly recommended. You’d be bonkers to call anyone else..!

“Ben is excellent. New toilet was installed with no fuss, nice clean job, no mess. Fixing the leaking taps was more difficult as the tap cartridge was a “non-standard” size. This didn’t deter Ben who persevered with use of a shimmy and eventually managed to find the right-sized cartridge. Ben is very reliable, does a neat clean job and kept me informed at all times.”
